Arts Through it All
Carbondale Arts is leading a collective effort to bring an important and vital message to this valley. The creative industries have been some of the most impacted and hardest hit during the pandemic. YOU can make a difference by giving your money locally. This may be in the form of joining a membership of one of your favorite non profit organizations, donations or shopping locally as opposed to online. Visit ArtsThroughItAllRFV.org to learn more.

Entry Registration for the 42nd Valley Visual Art Show is OPEN
The Valley Visual Art Show is one of the longest-standing community art shows committed to showing the work of local artists. VVAS began in 1980 as a venue for local artists to share their artwork with the public. VVAS provides an opportunity for artists new to the area, or budding artists. The show has become a salute to the wide variety of artistic talents in our area. In effort to professionally exhibit artwork in our gallery space we can only accept 50 entries (1 per artist). Entries are taken on a lottery basis. Get the details!
Virtual Reality for Artists
Learn the basics of creating art in Virtual Reality. There will be a two hour demonstration and exploration at three different locations through out the Roaring Fork Valley. We will focus on two programs; Google Tilt Brush and Oculus Medium. See how these programs can be used to bring your creations into actual reality with 3D printing!

The 2020 Fashion Show Is Cancelled
The tally of 2020 versus the world feels very uneven at this point, doesn't it? We wish we had better news and initially hoped postponement would be the answer, but we know that cancelling the show is the only option at this point. All ticket holders should have received an email detailing the options to either donate to arts education or receive a refund for your ticket purchase (either partially or in full). Click here for more details.
Please Help Us Keep "Carzilla" in Carbondale
Help us keep our favorite monster in Carbondale! Since its premiere, "Carzilla" has been exhibited outside of The Launchpad, but it now needs a forever home. "Carzilla", created by Carbondale’s Brian Colley, brings climate change to life with humor, nostalgia, and audacity. The billboard was created with AIR-INK, a new technology that transforms carbon emissions into high-quality artists’ ink, for CORE’s (Community Office of Resource Efficiency) Imagine Climate Billboard Project that debuted earlier this year. Our goal is to raise $3,500 for "Carzilla" so that he can stay in Carbondale! Proceeds will support Carbondale Arts and CORE. Visit our campaign page or text CARZILLA to 44-321
