As part of current artist Simon Klein’s solo exhibition, the next iteration of his film “Through the Heart of Colorado” is needed!

To facilitate this, we will host a handmade film workshop and gathering. The film is a landscape, our personal relationship to it, as well as internal emotions and feelings about the present moment from some people in the area - “Through the Heart”.

At the workshop we will physically alter films and adding drawings on 16mm film. Please bring some supplies (and some will be provided as well): stamps, pens, sharpies, hole punches, and thumbtacks are more than welcome.

Simon will also accept digital submissions in the form of text or image to be printed on the film, whether or not you can attend. To submit materials, email simonkleinart@gmail.com.
